Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Loopify mobile application, website and related services.

Using Loopify
You may use Loopify for personal language learning in accordance with these terms and applicable law. You must not interfere with the service, bypass access or usage controls, attempt unauthorized access, misuse another person's account, submit unlawful material, or copy and distribute Loopify or its content without permission.
Accounts
Loopify uses passwordless email magic links. You are responsible for access to your email account and for activity under your Loopify account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may limit or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or legal compliance.
Learning content and automated output
Loopify provides educational content, feedback, translations, pronunciation and other learning assistance. Some material may be generated or assisted by automated systems and can be incomplete or incorrect. Check important language use independently. Loopify is not professional, legal, medical or other specialist advice.
Your submissions
You keep any rights you have in words, sentences, audio or feedback you submit. You permit Loopify and its service providers to process that material only as needed to provide and secure the service in line with the Privacy Policy. Do not submit material you do not have the right to use or unnecessary sensitive information.
Purchases
Paid features, when offered, are purchased through the relevant app store. Current products, price, billing period and renewal information are shown before purchase. Billing, cancellation and refunds are managed under the app store's terms and applicable consumer law. Loopify uses RevenueCat to determine the entitlements associated with an app-store purchase.
Intellectual property
Loopify's software, design, brand and original content are protected by intellectual-property law. These terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership.
Availability and changes
Features and content may change as Loopify develops. We may interrupt or restrict the service for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons. We will take reasonable care in providing the service but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that rule, Loopify is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss resulting from use of the service or reliance on educational output.
Governing law
Spanish law applies to these terms. If you are a consumer, this does not remove mandatory protections or access to courts provided by the law of your country of residence. Please contact support first so we can try to resolve a concern.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will publish the current version and effective date here. You may stop using Loopify at any time. Provisions that by their nature continue after use ends—including intellectual-property and responsibility provisions—remain applicable.
